Every Palm is different, so as the lines found in the palm, this intrigues us to know what these lines means, hence Palmistry is the key where we would be able to understand the real mystery behind the lines.

Palmistry first hit the road from the Hindu Mythology and from here to other regions. Nowadays palm reading is practiced by various people, at times we term them as Palmists, hand readers etc.

In Palm reading, both of our left and right hand play a key role, a reader always reads the hand first which we use in our daily chores, we can term it as the "Dominant Hand" and the other hand predicts the future, which we are born with. Dominant hand tells us about the future which we carved due to our deeds.
When we are born, we are born with same palm lines, but as time fades by, our lines keep on changing, it suggests that we are changing our destiny against what we are born with. Palm with similar lines tells us about that particular person hasn't put up much effort to make it a brighter one.

We have seen that every human is different, so as their nature, because every hand is different. each hand have their own shapes, according to modern palmistry, following hand shapes are recognized:

The Elementary Hand

• This is characterized by stiff, heavy, short fingers and a short thumb. 
• These hands are generally thick, hard, square palm, irregular fingertips, and rough and rugged skin. 
• The person with the elementary hand is earthy and they lead a life with no eagerness towards life.
•  This hand is generally seen in people who are in labour trade and those involved in various activities sports, like boxing. 
•  They get agitated easily when enraged.
• They are generally found mean, rude or brutal.

Spatulate hands

• The fingers of this hand looks like a spatula. The most identifiable feature is that they have large and broad thumb.It is very wide at its base and becomes elongated towards its fingers.
•  This hand belongs to the ingenious people. These people are creative and are always upto finding new invention.
• They have an ardent urge of gaining awareness, and have a demonstrative nature.
•  They are dynamic in nature and active at work, and like and live on taking risks. 
•  People with this hand are mainly creative and gain success as artisans, inventors, explorers, navigators, astronauts, and engineers. 

Psychic hand

•  These hands are small and delicate in nature, characterized by smooth fingers.
•  The palm is mediocre in size, and the fingers are long and wedged. The thumb is small and elegant.
•  People with these hands have a dreamy nature

Conical Hands

• The square hand suggests only that one is having a square palm, a square wrist, and the fingertips are also square. While the fingers are generally knotty, this hand is characterized by a large thumb and a square finger base.

The Intellectual Hand

• This is a long and angular hand, with boney fingers and knotty joints.
•  The palm is large and boney, and the nailed phalanges are part conical and part square. 
• The philosophic hand belongs to intellectual types; professors, preachers, students. 
• They are gifted with analytical powers, inventors, and are adept at keeping secrets.
• This hand usually belongs to teachers, thinkers and world leaders.
